Completely forgot about the launch of Jay's album today until Jiayu reminded me. Rushed down to BPP only to find out it had yet to arrive.
Wtf is this?! I think CD shops ought to have more responsibility, especially those dealing with CD preorders. The least you can do is keep customers updated with delays and shit like that. In the first place, they didn't even let me know that the CD would be released officially on 15th due to a delay. Luckily, I figured for myself. If not, I'd have wasted more time. I did see people going to collect the cd on the 9th though, only to be let down by the CD shops. Please do something about the preorder system. Even an sms system for updates on delays and shit would be good enough. Your calling system is completely inefficient. Did I mention that your website is a waste of time too?

Hello? Update your website at the very least? CD rama states there that the album is released on the 15th though, so I have nothing to say about that. I am extremely pissed now, I hope someone reads this and does some feedback to CD shops doing preorders. Perhaps they can use a more effective system, thank you.

Sigh, back to the sad reality, O-levels are in 5 days time and I have yet to receive Jay's album. Neither have I helped Jiayu collect hers.
